III - SPECIAL ORDERS:
1. Payment in full is required for all Special Orders.
2. Absolutely no returns or cancellations on special orders. NO EXCEPTIONS

IV - E-MAIL
When you send us an e-mail, it is VERY IMPORTANT you send the following information:
1. Wheel name or style
2. Wheel manufacturer
3. Vehicle year
4. Vehicle make
5. Vehicle model
6. Wheel size
If you do not send all of the above information, we will not be able to properly assist you in a timely manner.

V - RETURN / REFUND POLICY

1. Please call for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization
2. This number and customers last name must be written on the outside of all packages to be returned.
3. All merchandise must be in 100% new / re sellable condition
4. Tires must not be driven on. NO EXCEPTIONS
5. Wheels must not have been mounted on vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS
6. All merchandise must be properly packaged.
7. All returns or cancellations subject to freight and handling charge plus 20% restocking fee or a 20% cancellation fee of the total amount.

VI - Returning product:
1. Do not ship via the U.S. Postal Service.
2. Make sure merchandise is fully insured.
3. Return Authorization number must be clearly written on package and label.

VII - Damage claims:
1. Claims for damaged merchandise must be made by you to the delivering carrier within five days of receipt.
2. For damage claims other than carrier related incidents, you must call for a return authorization within five days of receipt
3. No return authorizations or claims will be given once the merchandise has been mounted and / or installed on vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS

VIII - RETURNING WHEELS
1. Secure center cap and lug nuts/bolts in separate bags and tape securely to inside of wheel.
2. If returning two wheels in one box, must have protective cardboard between wheels.
3. Wheel must have a foam sheet pad protecting the face of the wheel from cardboard chafing.
4. Wheel must be secured and well protected in the box.
5. Any Styrofoam packing material received with the shipment must be reused in the same way.
6. Remove any staples that are not fully closed from the box.

IX - RETURNING TIRES
1. Tires must not have been mounted on wheels.
2. Each tire must be labeled with Customwheel.com address as well as your own address.
3. Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the label.

X - RETURNING TIRE & WHEEL PACKAGES
1. Whenever possible, use original packaging material.
2. Original packaging consists of:
Three cardboard layers (two for the face of the wheel and one for the backside of the wheel).
- Foam or bubble rap layers are required to protect the face of the wheel from cardboard chafing.
- Padded envelope containing any lug hardware.
3. The tire/wheel package must be repackaged in the same fashion as when they were originally received.
4. If nylon banding is unavailable, a high-strength tape may be substituted
5. to hold cardboard and foam securely on the tire/wheel package.

XI - WHY A CUSTOMER WOULD NOT RECIEVE CREDIT
1. We are not able to give credit on a return, due to improper packaging.
2. he packages are not treated gently during shipment, and without the proper packaging, the wheels are damaged.
3. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the wheels are protected.
4. Under no circumstance will Customwheel.com accept a return of product that is damaged due to the negligence of the customer.
5. Remember, the wheels are still your (the customer) property until we get them back.

XII - MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
1. All products sold by Customwheel.com carry the standard manufacturers warranty.
2. Customwheel.com will be happy to process all warranty claims
3. Beyond the standard manufactures warranty, there are no warranties, express or implied.
4. No warranty on gold plated wheels
5. One year warranty on chrome plated wheels unless otherwise specified
6. Wire wheels carry a 30 day warranty unless otherwise specified
7. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling expense of product for warranty or replacement.
